Manchester United agree fee with Arsenal for Robin van Persie

Persie, who had expressed his desire not to renew his contract at the
Emirates Stadium after being disillusioned with Arsenal's plans for
the future, is reportedly due to sign a four-year deal at Old Trafford
for a fee of £24 million.

A statement on Arsenal's official website read: "Arsenal Football Club
can confirm that terms have been agreed for the transfer of Robin van
Persie to Manchester United.

"Van Persie will travel to Manchester on Thursday in order to agree
personal terms and complete a medical ahead of the proposed move."

The Netherlands international is likely to spearhead a formidable
attack for the Red Devils, as Wayne Rooney finished behind the
29-year-old with 27 league strikes last season.

Manchester City and Italian giants Juventus were also thought to be
interested in Van Persie's signature but the Dutchman looks set to
join former Crewe youngster Nick Powell and Japan international
midfielder Shinji Kagawa as Sir Alex Ferguson's summer recruits.

Breaking News- Zaaki Azzay's 8 year marriage ends; wife claims years of battery

After 8 years and three children together, Zaaki Azzay's marriage to
Hadiza Azzay has ended. The marriage actually ended four months ago
but we are all getting to know about it now because the ex-couple are
involved in a bitter custody battle. The police are even now involved.

29 year old Hadiza told me she packed out of her husband's house on
April 17th after being badly battered the day before by Zaaki. She was
able to leave with two of her children, but the third one, her eldest
child, is still living at home.

She claimed he had been battering her for years, sometimes he would
beat her so much she would faint, but her family kept telling her to
go back to him for the sake of their children. She said she left him
twice last year but returned to him after much pressure from family
and friends. But when the battery continued, she made up her mind to
end her marriage for good because she didn't want to be another dead
wife.

Hadiza was a housewife, so since leaving her husband she has been
under the care of an NGO that takes care of battered women. They've
given her and her children shelter and are taking up her case.

She will issue an official press statement telling her side of the
story in the coming days...right now she's dealing with the police who
arrested her for allegedly 'kidnapping' her own children. She says
Zaaki has been using the police to harass her. We are also looking to
get Zaaki's side of the story. More on this later..

What's Kanye West Have to Do With Kim Kardashian-Kris Humphries Divorce Hearing ?

It's been almost a year since Kim Kardashian married Kris Humphries
in a lavish ceremony in Montecito, Calif. And while the E! star filed
to end the marriage after 72 days, the divorce proceedings continue to
drag on. Kardashian's attorney Laura Wasser and Humphries' attorney
Marshall Waller appeared before Judge Stephen Moloney on Wednesday
morning in Los Angeles Superior Court. Waller said he has so much
discovery request that he thinks it would be at least four months
before he's ready for trial, adding that Kardashian's side has not
been cooperative during the deposition/discovery process. "I don't
want to use the word uncooperative, but they are not making the
process easier," Waller told the judge. Waller said that, so far, he
has been able to serve depositions on Kris Jenner, but has been
unsuccessful obtaining Jenner's business records. "I'm not going to
depose Ms. Jenner until I get the business records," Waller stated.
"I'm trying to get information." Waller said he is seeking this
information to prove the marriage was a fraud and that Kardashian had
no intention of going through with the marriage. The attorney said
while he has served subpoenas on NBCUniversal, Bunim/Murray and Jenner
Communications, only NBC has responded, saying it might have a
warehouse of documents that fit the subpoena request. Waller also said
he has not only been trying to serve and depose Kardashian's
boyfriend, Kanye West, but plans to depose 33 witnesses in total.
Meanwhile, Wasser, Kardashian's lawyer, said she had been told that a
"strange individual outside my client's house was ringing the doorbell
and said he had a box for Mr. West." Wasser said when the individual
left a Nordstrom box at the door, inside was a deposition request for
West, adding that she did not understand why Waller tried to serve
West by sending a process server with a box to Kardashian's home when
Wasser said she would have gladly given them the name of West's
attorney. "To say I am frustrated is an understatement," said Wasser,
who outlined what she described as delays and nonresponsive behavior
on Humphries' side. She said her office has been more than
cooperative, even flying to Minnesota to depose Humphries. Wasser said
her office is also deposing Humphries' girlfriend in New York State on
Tuesday. Wasser went on to say that at this point Kardashian has
incurred $250,000 in attorney fees. "It's expensive," Wasser said.
"And I'm at a loss to figure out what the holdup is. They had a prenup
and were married 72 days." Wasser insisted she plans on making
Humphries pay the fees in the end. "We are going to ask for every cent
of those fees back from his client," Wasser informed the judge. "To
what end does he want this annulment?" Judge Moloney set the next
court date at Nov. 28 for a status conference. Kardashian filed for
divorce from Humphries on Oct. 31 to end the short union, citing
irreconcilable differences and noting in her papers there was a
prenuptial agreement. A month later, however, Humphries fired back,
requesting instead for a legal separation or an annulment and made no
mention of a prenup. Until a divorce is granted, the two are still
legally married.

DNA test reveals that Mandela’s great-grandson is not by his father

Anais Grimaud and Mandla Mandela present 'their' son Qheya to Nelson
Mandela last year.
The relationship started badly enough when Mandla Mandela, 38, was
accused of bigamy when he wed French teenager Anais Grimaud while
still married to his first wife.

Now the Frenchwoman has left him after the South African political
chief discovered that the couple's baby son was born to one of his own
brothers.

The cuckold scandal is just the latest in a series of controversies
involving Mandla Mandela, whom Nelson Mandela anointed as his
political heir.

As well as being a South African MP, Mandla Mandela is a chief in the
important Thembu tribe and handles much of Nelson Mandela's legacy.

More significant, however, is that as grandson of the universally
respected 94-year-old he is the public face of the Mandela family.

The 38-year-old politics graduate married his first wife, Tanda
Mabunu-Mandela, at a traditional ceremony in 2004.

Six years later he married Mme Grimaud, who is from the island of
Reunion, a French overseas territory in the Indian Ocean.

On marriage Madame Grimaud gained the tribal name Nkosikazi Nobubele Mandela.

The couple's son was born in September last year and was named Qheya
by Nelson Mandela himself.

The marriage was marred however, by the fact that at the time they
tied the knot Mandla remained officially married to his first wife.

Ms Mabunu-Mandela fought the Grimaud marriage in the law courts and it
was last year declared unlawful.

Mandla's personal affairs became even more complicated last Christmas
when he reportedly married a Swazi princess, Nodiyala Mbali
Makhathini.

Until now both she and Madame Grimaud appeared to have been happy with
this polygamous arrangement, although its precise legal status is
unclear.

Today, however, a statement issued on behalf of the politician
revealed details of the explosive end to the Grimaud marriage.

'The Mandela family has sent my wife Nkosikazi Nobubele Mandela (nee
Anais Grimaud) back to her home after it was discovered she has been
having an affair with one of my brothers', the statement read.

'I confirm this affair resulted in a son that Nkosikazi Nobubele gave
birth to in 2011. I can also confirm DNA tests conducted have
confirmed the child is not mine.

'The revelation of this affair has come as a shock to me and the rest
of my family. It has been made more painful because it is my own
brother who is at the centre of the crisis.'

The statement did not identify which of Mandla Mandela's three
brothers is the father.

Mandla is the oldest, born in 1974, followed by Ndaba (1983), Mbusu
(1991) and Andile (1993).

Ndaba Mandela was quoted in The Sowetan as saying the child was not
his, adding: 'Nobody knows who the father is, but I can confidently
confirm that it was not me.

'Mandla told me that he was not the father. She [Grimaud] left because
of their problems; the child's paternity was probably one of the main
reasons. I have never touched her in a physical or sexual way.'

Mandla is the first son of Makgatho Lewanika Mandela, an attorney who
died of Aids in 2005. His second wife, Hi Zondi Mandela, died in 2003
and, at first, her cause of death was given as pneumonia.

After Makgatho's death, Mandla announced that her pneumonia had been a
complication of ther HIV virus.

Terry G dedicated song to U S. rapper Rick Ross

Terry G has dedicated a new version of his 'Nue nue' single to US
rapper and Maybach Music boss Rick Ross.
We are not entirely sure why the 'Apkako Master' has done so but then
again it would be a no brainer to assume that it has to do with
Terry's upcoming performance  with Ross on August 17.
It pretty much sounds like the original song expect the 'Rosay rosay' chants…
