Rafa Benitez BOOED BY FANS was expected As Chelsea and Man-City play Goalless

Rafa Benitez was not expecting a royal welcome on his first day at
the saddle as Chelsea boss but the treatment he got from fans, will
leave him stunned to say the least.

As the teams lined up for the pre-match handshakes and Benitez emerged
from the tunnel, it was boos and jeers that rang throughout Stamford
Bridge from Chelsea supporters who apparently had a soft spot for
sacked coach, Roberto Di Matteo. The reaction was sharply in contrast
to what Benitez was expecting – before the game, when he was asked
about his expection from the home fans, he responded, "I don't think
it will be bad. They know they have to support the manager."

Soon as the boos died down, a minute's applause was observed in memory
of former Chelsea manager, Dave Sexton, who died today at the age of
82.

Although the game ended in a stalement, Benitez will be too glad with
the result. At the post-match tunnel interview, Petr Cech said, "Today
was about starting from zero again and getting a positive result."
While Manchester City skipper, Vincent Kompany had this to say:
"There's not many teams that come here and win."

Other results of the EPL games played today:

Swansea 0-0 Liverpool

Southampton 2-0 Newcastle United

Chelsea 0-0 Manchester City

Tottenham 3-1 West Ham

With these results, Manchester United now sit comfortably in the top
spot with 30-pts, followed closely by rivals, Manchester City 29-pts,
West Brom (3rd) 26-pts, Chelsea (4th) 25-pts, Everton (5th) 21-pts and
Arsenal (6th) 20-pts.

Ebonyi State Governor, suspends ATTORNEY GENERAL &Two Commissioners for Improper DRESSING

Yesterday, the Ebonyi State Governor, Martin Elechi, suspended the
Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Ben Igwenyi, and two
other commissioners for what it called "improper dressing".

A statement by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, named the
two commissioners as Hyacinth Ikpo, Commissioner for Culture and
Tourism and Chukwuma Nwandiugo, Commissioner for Works and Transport.

The commissioners were said to have dressed casually to a state
banquet organised for the members of the Society of Gyneacologists and
Obstetrics of Nigeria (SOGON) at the Government House on Friday night.

According to the statement published by The Nation, the suspension was
for a period of three months. The statement further directed the
commissioners not to attend any state function throughout the duration
of their suspension.

The governor was said to have been enraged by the commissioners'
"lacklustre dressing to the occasion which had in attendance members
of SOGON from various states of the federation which seemed to portray
a bad image of the state in the eyes of the visitors".

Sources close to Government House revealed that the suspension is
without pay, adding that the commissioners have been directed to hand
over all government properties in their possession to their permanent
secretaries.

What do you make of this news? The report did not state exactly what
they wore to the event, but according to the state governor, "casual
dressing" is "lacklustre dressing" which implies it is "improper
dressing".

Rihanna Tweets Picture Of Shirtless Chris Brown In Bed

Rihanna apparently wants everybody to know that she and Chris Brown are back on.

With his jeans pulled down so that his underwear is on full display,
the tattoo-covered Brown lays sprawled across a bed covered in
Simpsons memorabilia. In fact, Rihanna gave the photo the hash tag
#SimpsonObsessed.

Earlier in the week, Rihanna attended Chris' concert in Berlin. The
two were seen together at his after party and then left together for
their hotel.

Many fans as well as domestic violence experts are stunned that
Rihanna has gotten back together with the bad who beat her her badly
in 2009.

But the Unapologetic singer has been making it clear in recent weeks
that she's forgiven Chris and everybody else might as well get over
it.

Not everybody is though, and on Thursday Brown announced he was
pulling out of a huge stadium show scheduled for next month in Guyana
because several women's groups were protesting his appearance.

Breaking News: BOMB EXPLOSION in MILITARY CHURCH at JAJI IN KADUNA

A bomb explosion has occurred at a Church inside a military complex in
Jaji, Kaduna State.

The explosion occurred on Sunday inside the premises of the Armed
Forces Command and Staff College, Jaji, in Igabi Local Government Area
of Kaduna State

Update :

The explosion was reportedly caused by a car bomb which was detonated
in front of the church inside the military barracks. "A car drove into
the church premises … then detonated the bomb" at around 1145GMT, a
military officer told the Reuters news agency, asking not to be named.

The attack took place after the church service had ended there.

An official of the National Emergency Agency (NEMA) in Abuja, Mr
Yushau A. Shuaib, has confirmed the explosion. He said, "NEMA rescuers
have been alerted to an explosion at a military formation in Kaduna
state today and likely at a worship centre."

Five persons have been reportedly killed with dozens injured by the explosion.

NYC BAR FIGHT: Chris Brown, Drake will not be Charged

Nightclub after the brawl

In the case of Drake vs. Chris Brown in the bottle-flinging bar fight
over Rihanna's supposed love and affection this past June; neither
entertainer will face charges in the scuffle.

Drake and Chris Brown made headlines this summer after the two clashed
at the NYC nightclub W.i.P. Drake reportedly sent back a bottle of
Cristal that Brown bought for the Young Money rapper's table. Next
thing you know, it's raining glass bottles at the club.

TMZ reports that the investigation has been closed and authorities
will not be pressing charges against Drake, Brown or any members of
their entourages, because of the lack of evidence. The club's
surveillance video proved to be a dead end, too dark and grainy to
produce any relevant footage.

Follow-up interviews that the NYPD conducted with witnesses and
suspects were also inconclusive. While the rapper and R&B crooner
avoid adding any charges to their rap sheet, several lawsuits remain
open. Among the famous guests at the club that evening was NBA
dribbler Tony Parker, who claims his eye was injured in the brawl and
is asking for $20 million in damages from W.i.P. In return, W.i.P. has
filed a $16 million lawsuit against both Chris Brown and Drake.

As there was no evidence to hold the two, authorities say they won't
be facing charges. Everyone is regarded innocent until proven guilty.

Halle Berry's Fiancé Olivier Martinez's Restaurant Under Attack By State Regulators

Olivier Martinez has more to worry about than the swollen hand he got
in his fight with Halle Berry's ex-boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry.

The French actor is part owner of the Miami restaurant, Villa Azur,
that opened last spring with great fanfare.

But a routine state inspection on November 16 recorded so many
violations, the very idea of eating there might make you sick.

Inspectors found 13 violations marked critical or likely to directly
contribute to food contamination and illness, according to the website
of the states Department of Business and Professional Regulations,
reports The Miami Herald.

Another seven violations were deemed noncritical.

Among the critical violations, says The Herald's Gossip Extra: fish
served raw without having undergone parasite destruction; food thawing
in standing water; cutting boards on the floor; food stored on the
floor; and staff handling ready-to-eat food without gloves.

As Y!Online.com reported, Olivier and Aubry got into a brutal brawl at
Halle's home on Thanksgiving.
