'I Was Set Up' Claims Lindsay Lohan

In the hours after her arrest Thursday morning, Lindsay Lohan had a
total meltdown and kept insisting the incident that landed her in jail
was all "a set up."

Back at her hotel, after she was bailed out by her attorney, LiLo "was
crying and kept asking, Why does this happen to me? This is a setup! I
dont deserve this . . . Its not my fault'!" a source told The New York
Post. "Lindsay was saying, I was trying to find out who stole Alis
purse! I gave her the money for my family, to pay for my brothers
school fees'!"

As Y! News has been reporting, the Liz & Dick star had been drinking
and doing cocaine in the hours before her altercation with Florida
psychic Tiffany Eve Mitchell.

Apparently taking the same "set up" line, Lindsay's mother, Dina Lohan
even suggested that Mitchell has some connection to her ex-husband
Michael Lohan because they both live in Florida!

Michael called Dina "delusional" for even suggesting such a thing.

But Lindsay has bigger problems than the alleged "set up" in New York.

As Yinkuzblog reported, on Thursday she was also charged with three
misdemeanors in Santa Monica, CA in connection with a car crash she
had in June.

Sources tell us she's considering going into rehab for a six
month-long program in the hopes of avoiding jail time.

Rihanna Flashes Massive Diamond Ring and Nearly Naked Bottom All at Once

Rihanna is on an Instagram roll! A night after making waves with her
Chris Brown bear hug, the Unapologetic artist zoomed in on a sparkling
diamond ring on her right pinky finger and posted the pic to
Instagram.

And what shows off bling better than a plush, velvet-lined jewel box?
Rihanna's bare curves, of course! "#dopedealers--t," she tagged the
photo, in which her ring-sporting hand rests against her nearly naked
hip, her ever-increasing number of tattoos providing all the coverage
she needs.

"#dopedealer," sans the s--t, is also one of the tags that
"badgalriri" used this week to describe a pic of her gleaming Rolex.
Also today on Twitter, Rihanna continued to celebrate her first No. 1
album, which is topping the charts in Canada and the U.K. in addition
to the U.S., and gave a shoutout to her native Barbados in honor of
its annual Independence Day. Busy girl, that one.

SANUSI BLOWS HOT AGAIN: I SAID REDUCE NUMBER OF POLITICAL APPOINTEES NOT CIVIL SERVANTS

Call it a case of jumping from frying pan to fire, but CBN governor,
Sanusi Lamido Sanusi's latest rebuttal of his controversial statement
over the week where he purportedly called for the sack of half the
country's work force, will still land him in hot waters – this time,
with the political elite.

Sanusi, while speaking to Channels Television's correspondent,
Chukwuma Onuekwusi, in London at the end of the 13th session of the
Honorary International Investors council meeting, said that those
calling for his sack "are shying away from the reality of the time".

Also clearing the air on his statement, Sanusi said he was not talking
about the sack of civil servants but a reduction in the size of
political appointees who take 70 percent of government revenue leaving
a mere 30 percent for the 160 million Nigerians.

According to him "what Nigeria is practising is an American system of
government that is very expensive".

“I’d rather have dinner than watch the Madrid derby” – Barca Coach (Vilanova )

Tito Vilanova says he is not concerned with the result of the Madrid
derby, but is concentrating on the game against Athletic Bilbao
instead. Jose Mourinho's men face Falcao and co at the Santiago
Bernabeu, before Barcelona face
Bilbao later on. Vilanova says he will be busy with other things,
while the game is going on.

"I have to attend my media conference and then have some supper. I
have no intention of seeing [the derby] or following it," Vilanova
said at a press conference.

"Whether they [Real Madrid] are 14 or 16 points behind us is not
important, they will not give up. I do not bother myself with that and
neither should the players."
