K-Solo rejects wife’s new baby, to marry strange lover

K-Solo and his new lover Bimbo You've probably heard about the drama
circling Nigerian music producer cum singer Solomon Oyeniyi aka
K-Solo, and his now estranged wife Kikelomo. If you haven't, let's
give you a recap.

In June 2012, Kikelomo granted City People Magazine an interview
revealing details of her turbulent relationship with K- Solo.

According to her, the producer had been abusing her since they got
married in November 2011. The couple met on Facebook in April 2011,
but she says the relationship had always been plagued with lies and
infidelity. Despite all this, Kike says when K Solo came begging, she
forgave him and they eventually got married.

But the case worsened, Kike says, as K Solo showed his ugly side
again, asking her to make him a signatory to her company's account and
to sign over all her property to him.

He also continued to physically abuse her, causing her to miscarry.
The marriage finally crashed in February 2012, but not before Kike
published photos of bruised face, allegedly taken while she was with
K- Solo.

Shockingly, the couple reunited in August, granting Channels TV an
interview where they claimed to have been 'just having fun', pulling a
simple prank 'to know who their real friends were.' Critics took the
revelation with a pinch of salt, with people commenting that Kike must
have been put under duress to deny the battery.

'She was worried about her baby, that's what she cares for right now',
a source who knows the couple told us.

Back to the present – Dust has been raised once again as just last
week, K-Solo posted pictures of himself and another woman on his
Facebook account, claiming to be engaged to her.

He has deleted old photos of himself and Kike, replacing them with
photos of him and his new lover, Bimbo, in each other's arms.

So what's happened to Kike and her baby? K-Solo has refused to divulge
any information, telling us 'When it's time, you will all know the
truth and the truth shall set you free.

Meanwhile, reports say on Friday, October 26, Kikelomo delivered her
first child, a baby boy. K-Solo has received congratulatory messages
from fans on social networks, Facebook and Twitter but is not
responding to them. Instead, he has released a statement, warning
websites and blogs not to refer to the 'deliverer of the baby as K-
Solo's wife.'

The statement reads; 'We as K-Solo's Management think it's should be
official and professional for all media blogs and sites to confirm
informations of our client tagged name K-SOLO before publishing.

The baby deliverer has a name, and not to be tagged as K-Solo's Wife
in any sort of claims or otherwise. If there is any news of such,
pictures of K-Solo and the Baby will be officially released and will
be delivered rightly.

So for any further readdressing, please do not Tag K-Solo in sure
news till further notice. Thanks. K-Solo's Management.'

It's like a soap opera with no sign of it ending any time soon. K Solo

CRIPPLED HERBALIST & FATHER ARRESTED FOR KIDNAPPING IN DELTA

A crippled native doctor, Oloma and his father, Onwuka were among
members of an inter-state kidnapping gang arrested by the Delta State
Police Command at the weekend. Oloma and his dad were alleged to be
preparing charms for other members of the gang whenever they were
going for operations.

The gang, said to be operating between Delta and Anambra states, was
believed to be responsible for the kidnapping of a former Commissioner
for Local Government Affairs in the state, Mrs. Kate Onianwa at Ibusa
and one Stella Emolieze at Ubulu-Uku.

The arrest of Oloma and his dad followed the earlier arrest at Okwe, a
suburb of Asaba of one Anayo, a notorious kidnapper who had been on
the wanted list of the police.

Anayo was said to have confessed to the crime and led police
detectives to Agulu in Anambra State where weapons including three
AK47 rifles, 34 magazines and 914 ammunitions concealed inside a
ceiling were recovered.

Anayo also led the detectives to Obomkpa in Delta State where another
suspect, Prince Bassey and the native doctor's cohorts were
apprehended.

A Toyota Corolla car and a red Golf car allegedly used for kidnapping
operations by the hoodlums were recovered in the possession of the
native doctor.

Also recovered from them, according to the state police command
spokesman, DSP Charles Muka, include one single barrel gun, one
English double barrel gun, one locally made pistol, 25 cartridges,
149mm ammunition and two battle axes. Muka further confirmed the
arrest at Agbarho, a serving army corporal and five others including
Kily Jabin, Austin, Tega and Shedrack over alleged armed robbery,
kidnapping and tanker hijacking offences.

The police spokesman who said the gang operates within Warri/Ughelli
and environs, stated that two Vento cars used for the illicit acts
were recovered, stressing that efforts had been intensified to arrest
their arms supplier.

He added that all the suspects including the inter-state kidnappers
and the tanker hijackers would soon be arraigned in court.

Human Resource Managers (HRs) often make a lot of assumptions while
interviewing candidates for a job.

So if you have ever wondered why you were not employed, even after
what you feel was a stellar interview session, it could be due to one
of the 10 simple reasons below

Here are what the HRs are REALLY thinking;

1. Once you're unemployed more than six months, you're considered
pretty much unemployable. We assume that other people have already
passed you over, so we don't want anything to do with you.

2. When it comes to getting a job, who you know really does matter. No
matter how nice your résumé is or how great your experience may be,
it's all about connections.

3. We will judge you based on your e-mail address. Especially if it's
something inappropriate like kinkyboots101@hotmail.com or
johnnylikestodrink@gmail.com.

4. If you're in your 50s or 60s, don't put the year you graduated on
your résumé.

5. There's a myth out there that a résumé has to be one page. So
people send their résumé in a two-point font. Nobody is going to read
that.

6. It's amazing when people come in for an interview and say, 'Can you
tell me about your business?' Seriously, people. There's an Internet.
Look it up.

7. Make sure you're nice to everyone, especially the admin person at
the front desk. If you're not, we'll hear about it.

8. Never tell us you were fired from a job. Your résumé will
automatically go into the trash. In 90 percent of the cases, we have
no way of finding out.

9.. When it comes to getting a job, persistence does not pay off.
Checking in once or twice is fine. But if you call and call and call,
you're not going to get the job, because you're annoying.

10. If your former supervisor hated you, don't give me his direct line
for a reference. Instead, give me the number to HR. Most of us will

KADUNA BOMBING: CHRISTIAN ATTACKS NEIGHBOURHOOD MUSLIMS

Following the attack on a Catholic church in Kaduna, Christian mobs
with machetes and sticks has taken to the streets of the city
targeting people they suspected to be Muslims.

A French news agency reporter said he saw mobs targeting people who
they believed to be Muslims in the neighbourhood of the church.

The neighbourhood shook as the bomb blast has brought up fears of a
fresh outbreak of reprisal attacks and clashes between Christians and
Muslims.

Residents fear clashes breaking out after the blast that shook the
area, between Christians and Muslims, as some say there were reported
clashes already.

Attack by Boko Haram in northern and central Nigeria has led to more
than 2,800 deaths since 2009. President Goodluck Jonathan has said the
group is seeking to incite a religious crisis in Nigeria.

Nigerians are frustrated with increasing insecurity in the country as
insurgency attacks have been happening too often. Worse still,
security forces' inability to stop Boko Haram attacks has increased
fears that the violence may continue.

Gen. Gowon

War time Head of State, General Yakubu Gowon, has criticized  renowned
author, Professor Chinua Achebe, over his new book  on the Nigerian
civil war, saying he{Achebe }does not know the issue he was writing
about.

Gowon said he was ready to face the International Criminal Court (ICC)
at the Hague on the matter if necessary.

"What role did Achebe play in the secessionist plans? Achebe must
have been outside the country during the war and probably did not know
what happened during the period otherwise he would not have written on
what he was not sure of ", he  remarked.

The erstwhile Nigerian leader,  who was answering questions from
journalists  courtesy, visit to Governor Mu'azu Babangida Aliyu at the
Presidential Lodge, Minna, Niger state, yesterday, said Achebe must
have been talking out of ignorance, adding that he and the late Chief
Obafemi Awolowo had  no regrets over their roles in the civil war,
pointing out that if there was no secession, there would not have been
civil war.

"In fact , if there was no secession by the south eastern part of the
country, there would have been no civil war because right from the
beginning of the crises,  the war would have been averted if not for
the secession .

It was something I believed we could have stopped,"  he stressed.

Gowon  also debunked  the claim by the author that his administration
embarked on the mass killing of Igbo,  adding that the federal troops
did not also use hunger as a weapon to dislodge the dissidents.

"It  was the Igbo that objected to the creation of corridor for
movements of  medical  aid  and food supplies  to the civilian
population at the period; on this,  I am ready to face the
International Criminal Court of Justice at the Hague for prosecution
over  the role played by me during the war  and, fortunately,  some
Nigerians are still alive to bear witness to the roles played by both
the leadership of the secessionist group and the then Federal Military
Government under my leadership, "the war-time leader stated.

He also recalled that during the war, a  ship named "Josina"  and
owned by the secessionist group, which they claimed was carrying
agricultural implements,  was captured by federal  troops and it was
subjected to a thorough search and the cargo turned out to  be a
collection of  arms and ammunition.

Gowon, who was in Minna for a 2-day prayer organized by Nigeria Prays,
a group he leads,  said that the massive deaths recorded by the Igbo
during the civil war was caused by their own propaganda machine which
claimed that the northern invaders were coming to their camps and that
caused panic and  pandemonium among their people because some people
were trying to move from one location to the other out of fear of
imaginary attacks by the so called northern invaders and without food.

UPDATE: 4 DEAD, SEVERAL OTHERS INJURED IN ST. RITA CATHOLIC CHURCH SUICIDE BOMB ATTACK

The lone bomber had reportedly approached the church gate in a bomb
laden Honda CRV with the hope of driving unnoticed into the church
premises. The security at the gate who didn't know his mission,
refused him entry.

Apparently determined to carry out his evil plot, the bomber then
reversed his car and rammed it forcefully against the gate of the
church which gave way allowing him to run the car into the church
building at about 8.45 a.m when worshipers were observing the usual
Sunday morning mass.

A major section of the church building, cars and other houses close to
the church were affected by the impact of the.

Eye witnesses say that reprisal attacks followed immediately after the
bombing even as security officials are reported to have cordoned off
the area, while officials of the State Emergency Management Agency,
the Red Cross have been evacuating the dead and injured victims.

Police Public Relations Officer , DSP Aminu Lawan said there was only
one confirmed bomber and that no casualties had yet been confirmed
apart from the bomber himself. However, a witness, Daniel Kazah, a
member of the Catholic cadets in the church, said he had seen three
bodies on the bloodied church floor. "But still others were taken to
the mortuary," he added.

Meanwhile the Red Cross has confirmed that 62 adults & children were
injured in the blast and 4 Dead.
