SOUTH AFRICAN MAN ARRESTED FOLLOWING THE DISCOVERY OF HIS NEPHEW’S GENITALS IN HIS WALLET

A 42-year-old is South African man has been arrested after he was
found to be carrying genitals in his wallet believed to be those of
his missing nephew.

According to South African police spokesperson who spoke to the BBC,
after his arrest, the man took officers to a forest in Eastern Cape
Province where a mutilated body was found.
The teenager's head, arms and legs had been chopped off and were found
not far from his torso, he said.

The man was questioned as he was suspected of involvement in the
disappearance of his 18-year-old nephew, who had gone missing from the
town of Ngcobo on Sunday.

The police spokesperson, Mzukisi Fatyela, said the genitals were found
packed inside the suspect's wallet. He said the motive for the killing
and mutilation was not known but an investigation was under way.

When asked whether it could be linked to a "muti" killing – when
witchdoctors use body parts in their potions – Mr Fatyela said:

"We can't say that with certainty at the moment but the police are
investigating all possibilities.

" Meanwhile, the arrested man is expected to appear in court on
Friday; and he is expected to be charged with murder.

WHY ELDEE'S TRYBES RECORDS FIRED EVA ALORDIAH OVER EXCESSIVE DISAGREEMENTS

Like a celebrated victory, fast-rising female rapper, Eva Alordiah and
her ex-boss at Trybes Records, Eldee Da Don made their happiness known
publicly when the announcement of the signing was made on Twitter.

But barely five months later, the story has changed as things have
fallen apart because the centre could not hold anymore.
Some hours ago, the label, through a statement, announced the
termination of the contract between Eva and Trybes Records. Part of
the statement reads,

"Trybes Records and Eva Alordiah have agreed to terminate her
recording contract effective immediately.

"Trybes Records' vision is to discover and nurture the talents of our
artists while operating with purpose, valuing relationships with our
partners within the industry, and being persistent in creating and
releasing quality music.

"Unfortunately, over the past 5 months, Eva's vision has not aligned
with ours and thus, both parties have agreed to separate.

"We wish Eva the best in her future endeavours and plan on continuing
towards our goal of creating quality music for Nigeria and beyond."

According to what Nigeriafilms.com gathered, the major reason both
parties may have disagreed may be due to an alleged prolonged
disagreement between Eva and Trybes Records. Information reaching us
puts it that Eva has allegedly been too demanding while not meeting up
with her expectations by delivery quality works for the label.

We then further learnt that these became a big headache for the label
especially Eldee, who was said to have seen Eva as an artiste trying
to frustrate him, so, the decision to let her go her way in peace.

Nigeriafilms.com scooped that these disagreements started almost after
she put pen to papers with the label. Before parting ways with Trybes
Records, Eva didn't release any song or video under the label.

PHOTO: GIRL DRUGGED AND RAPED BY MAN SHE MET ON FACEBOOK

We published a story yesterday about how a student of the University
of Lagos narrowly escaped being raped by a man she met on Facebook,
she had to jump down a three storey building. You can read that story
HERE.

Now we have received a report that a similar incident has happened in
Kenya, only this time the man was successful in his act.

According to Daily Post Kenya:

The girl claims she met the man on Facebook and both arranged for a
friendly date after one month of lovey dovey inbox messages.

The man picked her up in a Range rover car and drove to upmarket
westlands for a drink. She decided to have red bull since that was
their first time of meeting and didn't want to leave a bad impression.

During their date, she excused herself and went to the loo, that was
when the man drugged the red bull she was drinking.

The girl only remembers being drowsy and someone dragging her to the
car. She was half awake but still weak when the man together with
other assailants raped her repeatedly. She lost count of the number of
times she was raped.

She only came back to her senses when good samaritans found her in
Umoja 2, Kenya in a very bad state.

The girl said her vagina was sore and couldn't walk properly.

She warns females to be very careful about the male friends they meet
on Facebook as not all of them have good intentions.

“We still have a very long journey ahead” – Wande Coal denies plan to set up record label

Sweet-voiced Wande Coal, is not leaving Mavins Records. The singer
and songwriter, has come out to dispel rumours that surfaced this
week, claiming that he was about to set up
his own record label.

Mavin's offical website.

"Mavin Records is my family and will always remain so. I want to thank
all my fans for continuing to support me. We still have a very long
journey ahead."

This is not the first time such stories have arisen. And at that
time, Wande Coal, released a single 'Been long you saw me',
specifically to address them. The artiste joined the defunct MoHits
Records in 2008.

HOME TICKER MOTHER NAMES HER TWINS BARACK OBAMA AND MITT ROMNEY

A Kenyan mother has named her new-born twins after US President Barack
Obama and his Republican challenger Mitt Romney, the BBC reports.

Millicent Owuor, 20, gave birth to the twins in south-west Kenya on
the day Obama was re- elected.

A short distance from the hospital, at the Obama family's ancestral
village, people were celebrating his victory.

"I named the first twin Barack and the second one Mitt," Owuor was
quoted by Reuters as saying.

Owuor posed for photographers on Wednesday at the Siaya District
Hospital with her twin boys.

She said she had named her twins after the winning and losing US
presidential candidates in order to remember the day of the vote,
Kenya's Standard newspaper reports.

The US president's father was born in Kenya and his step-grandmother,
Sarah Obama, still lives in the village of Kogelo.

The residents of Kogelo sang and danced after Obama was declared the
winner. "The reason why he has won is because God has given it to
him," said Sarah Obama, who turns 90 this year.

"Secondly, he has got the knowledge to love all people, he doesn't
have the knowledge of division, that is why he has won." Barack Obama
senior died in a road accident in
Kenya in 1982.

UCHE JOMBO TO PREMIERE 'A MOTHER'S FIGHT' DECEMBER

Star actress, Uche Jombo-Rodriguez will be premiering the movie, A
Mother's Fight in her hometown, Abiriba, on December 24.

It was directed by Ike Nnebue, and it features Uche Jombo-Rodriguez,
Bobby Obodo, Kiki Omeili, Uche Nnanna, Ejike Ibedilo, and Prince
Nwafor.

The Story
Ngozi's journey of the tradition she can't change or accept, in a
place where women are seen not heard. This is not your everyday story.

It is a story of a woman who will take on men and much more for her
girls. Ngozi's world is turned upside down with the shocking news of
her husband's sudden death but this is just the beginning as she is
faced with a bigger fight. The truth stops where tradition and custom
begin.

This is a mother's fight for that which is right and ultimately for
her daughters.

It is an Uche Jombo and You (UJAY) foundation initiative as part of
its community service via the first screening in Abiriba.

The movie is not waging war against the traditions and customs that
have existed for hundreds of years. Nevertheless it is creating a
proactive consciousness in the minds of people that a better life
tomorrow starts with a well thought out plan today.

DINO MELAYE HAS NO HONOUR OR COMMON DECENCY – NGOZI OKONJO-IWEALA

Coordinating Minister for the Economy and Minister of Finance Dr Mrs
Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala is definitely one of those who are presently not
happy with former member of the House of Representatives, Mr Dino
Melaye.

However, this time around, it has nothing to do with the impregnation
of any Yoruba movie actress or maybe so.

Following a protest by demonstrators at the Federal Ministry of
Finance, calling for the resignation of Okonjo-Iweala, the office of
the minister, through her Senior Special Assistant, Paul C Nwabuikwu,
has released a press statement lambasting Dino Melaye whom, it
believed, is responsible for the protest.

The release reads in part:

"Earlier today, a disreputable former member of the House of
Representatives, Mr Dino Melaye brought a handful of demonstrators to
the Federal Ministry of Finance who conducted themselves in an unruly
manner…

We have it on good authority that Mr Melaye's group was sponsored by
some of the indicted oil barons who are currently being investigated
and prosecuted for subsidy fraud.

Their allegation to wrong subsidy payments made by the Ministry is a
mere ruse to conceal their true motives.

"The Melaye demonstration was ostensibly to call for the resignation
of the Coordinating Minister for the Economy and Minister of Finance
who is well known for fighting the fraudulent oil barons whose names
were published by the Federal Ministry of Finance for various breaches
of the subsidy regime…

Nigerians are, of course, not deceived by the antics of Mr Melaye who
has no known pedigree as a civil society activist or even a reputation
for honour or common decency."

CHELSEA BAN RACIST FAN

Gavin Kirkham was arrested on Monday after being identified on social
networking websites following the game last Wednesday, and he was held
on suspicion of a racially aggravated Section 4a Public Order Act
offense before being bailed until Nov. 29.

Chelsea were keen to stress that the 28-year-old Kirkham holds no
membership with the club.

"Chelsea Football Club has banned a 28-year-old man from Stamford
Bridge pending the conclusion of a police investigation into a
possible racially aggravated public order offense," a Chelsea
spokesman said.

"The man is not a current Chelsea FC season ticket-holder or member.
Chelsea is co-operating fully with the police as they carry out their
investigation."

The man was arrested on Monday after attending a West London police
station by appointment
