Rihanna Wraps 777 Tour in NYC With Jay-Z and "Best Crowd Ever"

Rihanna saved the best for last with her 777 World Tour. Tuesday night
in New York City, the "Nobody's Business" singer wrapped up her
seven-day Unapologetic promotional tour with the "best crowd
ever"--including Jay-Z! "I'm spoiled right now," Rihanna told the
audience at Webster Hall.

"You are die-hard fans, one. You don't give a f--k, two. Three, that
makes you unapologetic, a lot like me." She then proclaimed, "This is
definitely the best show so far, and it's not even over. But you guys
know I'm not gassing you because you're New Yorkers. You're real." Hov
himself was there to support Rihanna, staying in the center balcony
throughout the show.

Although Jay-Z tracks were in the background for a couple of songs
Rihanna performed, Beyoncé's hubby himself did not take the stage.
Rihanna finished the show with "Umbrella" followed by "We Found Love."
She later showed up at Jay-Z's 40/40 Club for the official
after-party, heading straight to the VIP room. "#777Tour is a wrap!,"
she tweeted. "Thanks to everyone who was a part of this. It was an
incredible experience for my fans and I!

#UNAPOLOGETIC is OWT." Yep, the album is out and climbing the charts already.

Benitez set to be appointed new Chelsea manager on short-term deal after Di matteo sacked

Chelsea have turned to Benitez after Pep Guardiola indicated that he
wants to continue his sabbatical from football and not return to
management before next summer.

Roberto Di Matteo
Chelsea have sacked Roberto Di Matteo following the 3-0 defeat to
Juventus on Tuesday evening which left the club's prospects of
qualifying for the Champions League knockout stages hanging by a
thread.

Despite reports that there has been no contact between the European
champions and Benitez, it is understood that a deal is being brokered
for the Spaniard to be installed at Stamford Bridge imminently.

Discussions are centring on the length of the contract and the
personal terms. Sources have told Goal.com that Benitez is willing to
take the job until the end of the season and he is not expected to be
given a long-term deal.

Chelsea expect that the 52-year-old will be in the dugout for Sunday
afternoon's Premier League match at home to Manchester City.Benitez
was in Abu Dhabi on Wednesday afternoon speaking at a coaching seminar
before preparing to return to the United Kingdom, where he lives with
his family in Merseyside, overnight.

Speaking to Sport360, the Spaniard declared that he has an interest in
the vacant Chelsea manager's job and hinted that his representatives
had been busy in recent days.

MTN Ultimate Wonder promo Winner ,I will make sure the lucky guy gets Nothing from my Money - Essien-Garricks

The 27-year-old student of the Rivers State College of Health Science
and Technology, Port Harcourt, is N64m richer. She emerged the winner
of a Cessna 182T aircraft in the MTN Ultimate Wonder promo after a
draw held in Lagos on November 13.

When the news of her winning the lottery broke online, some comments
about 'the lucky guy' in her life came up — with some people advising
whoever she is in a relationship with not to let go. But
Essien-Garricks says she is single and when she is ready for marriage,
she would not go for anyone who is interested in her money.

"I know what love is," she notes. "People are calling to ask my
parents if I am married, some others are giving them promises. Even on
the Internet, I don't have a Facebook account but someone has opened
one in my name. If anyone is coming because of my money, I promise the
person that he will not get a dime because I will make sure he
doesn't."

"I was surprised when I was called by a family friend that I had won
because I thought it was not real," she says. "Before then, I had
never played any game concerning MTN. Ironically my SIM card was
blocked at the time. I had a code on my phone which I forgot and in
the process of trying to decode it, my line was blocked."

She adds that her family friend's number was the last contact she made
before her line was disconnected and so she was contacted through him.

"When he told me, I just told him to forget about it that it was the
handiwork of 419 people. But later a lady called me from MTN to
confirm it. I then asked her to unblock my line to convince me. She
did so and it was at that point that I realised my fortune," she says.

The unassuming young lady, who hails from Akinima in Ahoada West,
Rivers State, is a 300-level student of radiography.

For her, however, winning N64m could only be a divine act, perhaps a
manifestation of her full name, Ebubeomiso, meaning 'the glory of
God'.

She says, "I have never fainted in my life before, so when they called
the amount I did not faint. I just became thirsty, I kept asking for
water and I kept smiling, again and again. I thought I was dreaming
but with the kind of people I have been shaking hands with, people
hugging me, asking to take photographs with me, I think it's an act of
God. I can imagine how many numbers they played and mine was singled
out, just like that."

In these times, when owning a private jet is becoming the norm in
Nigeria, some people may wonder why Essien-Garricks opted for cash
equivalent instead of the airplane.

"If I took the plane, where would I park it?" she asks rhetorically.
"I just told them it was the cash I really wanted and nothing else. I
was not persuaded to take cash. If it is something I worked for, I
would argue but I never laboured for it. They said either the plane or
the cash equivalent and I chose the cash."

Prior to her winning the lottery, she says, she planned to work as a
radiographer after school but with the change of status comes her
change of plans. "Now I will buy machines and work for myself. I will
be an employer of labour," she states.

Legendary action star Jackie Chan is retiring from action movies.

It seems that Rowan Atkinson (a.k.a Mr Bean) is not the only legendary
entertainer that we would be missing. After Y! News reported Mr.Bean's
Retirement yesterday. Jackie Chan has also voiced his intentions to
quit the industry too.

Miracle baby born with heart that beat OUTSIDE her body

A baby girl was born with her small heart beating outside of her body
is now remarkably recovering after a revolutionary surgery saved her
life.

Audrina Cardenas was born with a rare congenital disease where her
heart formed outside the chest; though the disease affects only one in
eight million, 90 percent of infants with the condition are stillborn
or die within days of their birth.

But after hours of complicated surgery at the Texas Children's
Hospital in Houston, Audrina is recovering, and her mother Ashley
couldn't be more thankful.

Is the END for MR. BEAN

It looks like Mr. Bean fans may soon have to indulge their love of
hijinks, pratfalls and shenanigans elsewhere, as Rowan Atkinson has
announced that the time to retire the comedy character is nigh.

It's somewhat ironic that, for Atkinson, playing a role that brings a
smile to so many faces has actually become "a little sad."

"The stuff that has been most commercially successful for me —-
basically quite physical, quite childish —- I increasingly feel I'm
going to do a lot less of," he told the Daily Telegraph's Review.
"Apart from the fact that your physical ability starts to decline, I
also think someone in their 50s being childlike becomes a little sad.
You've got to be careful."

Mr. Bean, a character whom Atkinson developed while studying for his
master's degree at Oxford University, made his debut in the eponymous
television series that ran for 14 episodes from 1990-1995. He was also
the star of his own animated series that ran from 2002-2004 and two
feature films, "Bean" (1997) and "Mr Bean's Holiday" (2007).

Ronaldo deserves to win the Ballon D’Or....Is almost impossible to stop-ROBERTO MANCINI

The Portuguese superstar returns to Manchester on Wednesday for the
first time since leaving United three years ago as Real Madrid head
for the Etihad Stadium.

Real are on the cusp of qualifying for the knockout phase and anything
other than a City win will see Mancini's side go out in the group
stage for the second successive year.

And Mancini admits that Ronaldo – who he tips to win the Ballon D'Or –
is almost impossible to stop.

"How do we stop him? Maybe we'll call the police," joked the City boss.

"He's a top player and, when you come up against someone who can score
one or two goals every game, it is difficult. We will need to
concentrate.

"For me Ronaldo deserves to win the Ballon D'Or. He scored so many
goals last year and that helped Madrid finish above Barcelona.

"But I hope he can have a bad night on Wednesday. Maybe they can leave
him at home."

Mancini insists that Madrid and Ronaldo will not take City lightly,
despite their struggles in Europe.

"For him it will be a big night – but it's also an important game for
Madrid. They still have a chance of going through to the second
stage," he said.

"Players like Ronaldo and Messi are difficult to mark. You can do good
work but they are still players who can score in every game. That's
why they are the best players in the world."

Mancini believes City's disappointing Champions League campaign can be
traced back to the final minutes of their opening game in Madrid when,
with six minutes to go, they allowed a 2-1 lead to slip as they went
down 3-2.

Mancini said: "If we had come back from the Bernabeu with a good
result it would probably have changed this group for us.

"When you are 2-1 up with four minutes to go, you should be very
strong to close the game."

David Beckham Announced the End of His Footballing Career

DAVID BECKHAM has officially announced he is going to hang up his
boots with the L.A. Galaxy on December 1 when his team plays the
Houston Dynamo. It's hard to believe he's been with the Galaxy since
2007!

In a statement he indicated, I've had an incredibly special time
playing for the LA Galaxy, however, I wanted to experience one last
challenge before the end of my playing career."

He added, "I don't see this as the end of my relationship with the
league as my ambition is to be part of the ownership structure in the
future."
