I just got an email from a friend talking about the drama that sprouts
between bieber and kutcher. The LAPD has made an arrest in the
SWATTING incidents involving Ashton Kutcher and Justin Bieber -- and
the suspect is a minor.


What happens was that someone called cops and reported gun violence
at both homes during separate incidents earlier this year. Officials
say during the Kutcher incident, the caller had advised cops that
"there were individuals inside the location with guns and explosives,
and that several people had been shot.


"But when police arrived to the scene, they learned that it was all a
hoax. Now, cops say ... "On December 10, 2012, Hollywood Detectives
arrested a juvenile from the Southern California region for the Ashton
Kutcher swatting incident, as well as a similar awaiting incident that
took place at the home of Justin Bieber. Other swatting incidents
involving this individual have been observed .

Alicia Keys Sued for Copyright Infringement Over "Girl on Fire"

Alicia Keys is under fire for allegedly lifting a portion of a song
for her own hit single. The superstar singer was hit with a
copyright-infringement lawsuit for "Girl on Fire" last week after a
Showbiz 411 blogger wrote a post about it, saying, "Alicia sings a
couplet or so from Eddie Holman's 1970 classic 'Hey There Lonely
Girl'" and claiming that the sample wasn't credited, according to the
the Hollywood Reporter.


"The song was written by Leon Carr and Earl Shuman, who are both gone
to rock and roll heaven," Roger Friedman wrote. As it turned out,
though, Schuman himself was still very much alive. The songwriter
contacted Friedman back in November, leaving a comment on his post
that said, "Hi Roger, I am the cowriter of 'Hey There Lonely Girl' and
I appreciate your recognizing an important part of 'Lonely Girl' in
Alicia Keys' new recording. Thanks for your expertise. By the way,
though my dear friend Leon Carr is in Rock and Roll Heaven, I'm still
here on the ground, writing songs."


And then Schuman took action, basing the majority of his case on
Friedman's post. Although Friedman originally noted (and later removed
the line), "Keys only uses two seconds of ['Hey There Lonely Girl']
but it helps make her record," the lawsuit noted that "two seconds"
wasn't accurate, but the rest of the article was "apt." Sony Music
Entertainment, Sony Corporation of America are among the defendants
named in the suit.

World’s First Gay Bible: Includes Chapter And Verses That Promote Same Sex

A book claiming to be the world's first 'gay bible ' has been
published to coincide with the debate on same-sex marriage.
Titled the 'Queen James Bible', its editors claim that it is a
re-working of the King James Bible translated in a way that 'prevents
homophobic misinterpretation of God's Word'.


'Homosexuality was first overtly mentioned in the Bible in 1946 in the
Revised Standard Version. There is no mention of or reference to
homosexuality in any Bible prior to this – only interpretations have
been made', the book's official website said.

The publication, printed and bound in the U.S. is timed to coincide
with the current debate over same-s*x marriage.
The sales pitch on the website says: 'You can't choose your sexuality,
but you can choose Jesus. Now you can choose a Bible, too'.


The book is on sale online but does not advertise its origins, with no
specific publisher, editor or translator listed by name on it's
offical website. 'God' is listed as the author and 'Jesus Christ' a
contributor.
Douglas J. Moo, Wessner Chair of Biblical Studies at Wheaton College
anda professional Bible translator, told The Christian Post that the
Queen Jameseditors' assessment of past translations is not entirely
accurate.


'Few, if any English translations use the actual words 'homosexuality'
or 'homosexual.' But the history of English translation shows that
versions have consistently used other language to refer to what we
would call homosexual relationships', said Mr Moo.


'For instance, the King James Version of Romans 1:27 refers to 'men,
leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward
another; men with men working that which is unseemly.


'It would be very difficult to deny that this language, and the
language found in many other places in both the OT and the NT, refers
to homosexuality.' A Vicar in New Zealand, meanwhile, has caused
outrage by putting up a poster outside his church in Auckland, New
Zealand, that claims Jesus was gay.


'It's Christmas. Time for Jesus to come out', the sign proclaims, with
an image of baby Jesus as a toddler in a manger, surrounded by a
rainbow halo. Reverend Glynn Cardy of St Matthew in the City church,

A man simply identified as Iku Monday by residents of Sabo area of
Abeokuta, Ogun State, is still being quizzed by the police for
allegedly beheading dead woman (names withheld) after exhuming her
corpse from a grave in her husband's building site.


It revealed that on August 18 this year, Mr. Abiodun, husband of
Monday's victim, contracted Monday to clear a plot of land belonging
to him on the outskirts of Sabo for a fee. On the site was a grave of
his (Abiodun's) second wife, who died of complications following
delivery of her baby.

Sunday Sun also authoritatively gathered that trouble started when a
resident simply identified as Mr. Akpan allegedly spotted Iku Monday
while exhuming and beheading the corpse of the dead woman.


Akpan then raised the alarm, alerting the neighbourhood of the
dastardly act by Monday and in no time a crowd gathered to 'arrest'
Monday.


Monday allegedly confessed that he was commissioned by a white garment
pastor (names withheld), who owns a "mission house" in a village
called Oloomore in Ayetoro area of Abeokuta. He alleged that the said
cleric gave him N6,000 to get him the head of a dead person. His
words, "Please, be lenient with me.


I was asked to do this by a white garment cleric. He paid me N6,000
for the job. I have been searching for a corpse's head before Mr.
Abiodun contracted me to clear this site, and when I discovered a
grave on the site, and was sure it was recently dug, I decided to
exhume the corpse and behead her. I didn't know it was Oga Abiodun's
wife.


If you spare my life, I will take you to the cleric, but not in this
naked condition, I would have to put on my clothes so the cleric will
recognize me." As others were bent on lynching Monday, elders
intervened and pleadedwith the mob to allow Monday lead them to the
cleric.


Iku Monday then took the mob to the outskirts of Sabo, a place called
Oloomore, on Sanni Road in Ayetoro area of Ogun State. On getting to
the cleric's place, a drama first played out in the shanty that could
only be described as a pigsty. Persons suspected to be worshippers or
members of a religious sect promptly took to their heels as soon as
they spotted a crowd approaching with Iku Monday.


The makeshift shanty has no proper roofing, only a brownish mosquito
net hung over it. There was no furniture of any kind to give the place
the appearance of a 'home'.


Sunday Sun discovered fetish materials such as the horns of a ram

man of God be involved in fetish things?" Elder Kasumu, a resident of
the area, said. Unmoved by the 'pastor's denial, the mob took Monday
and his 'client' to the Sabo Police Station to face the law.
