Justin, Ashton SWATTER 12 years old

The juvenile who was arrested for phoning in crank 911 calls --
claiming there was gun violence at the homes of Justin Bieber and
Ashton Kutcher -- is only 12 years old ... Y!online has learned.
Sources connected to the boy tell said ... he lives in California with
his mother.  He refuses to go to school and sits at his computer day
and night, communicating with other hackers.  We're told he is
antisocial, preferring the keyboard to personal contact .


Our sources say Children's Services has been to the boy's apartment
multiple times, trying to stabilize the situation, to no avail.  We're
told the mother has virtually checked out.  We're told the family is
"incredibly dysfunctional."Our sources say the boy is smart, but by no
means a Zuckerberg-esque genius.  Still, he was able to evade cops for
months.


We're told law enforcement is sympathetic and steps are afoot to
remove the child from the home and place him in a stable foster
environment.  We're also told authorities are inclined to get the boy
counseling rather than mete out punishment -- i.e., place him on
probation and if he completes his counseling program all charges will
be dismissed.


It's pretty remarkable ... a 12 year old concocted incredible fake
scenarios to fool cops ... telling them gun-toting Russian thugs had
held people in Ashton's house hostage.The L.A. County D.A. has yet to
make a decision on charging the boy with crimes.

PATRICK OBAHIAGBON speaks over gov .yakowa's death jubilation by Muslims in kaduna

It was reported that while the nation was mourning the death of former
Kaduna State governor, late Patrick Yakowa, in the Saturday's
helicopter crash in Bayelsa, some sections of youth in Kaduna were
jubilating over the incident.


When the current Vice-President, Namadi Sambo was appointed into his
current office, many in Kaduna State reportedly didn't like the
automatic emergence of late Yakowa, then deputy governor to Sambo, as
the next governor of the state. The reason was that Yakowa was a
Kaduna Christian.


Coming out to react to the jubilation in some section of the state
when news went round of his death, former Federal lawmaker, Patrick
Obahiagbon condemned the act in his usual 'complex' use of English.


"Whilst I feel tongue tied that we are witnessing another 'air mishap'
that has taken the lives of fellow Nigerians, I am utterly shocked to
hear of the jubilation in certain Northern political quarters and
muslim youths in Kaduna State. Just too too cruddy and it is beyond
the fugacious razzmatazz of the moment.


"I seriously call attention to the rutilanting and coruscating modus
vivendi of Master Jesus the Christ and I dare pontificate that save
and until we viscerally emblematize the virtues of self-immolation,

SEGUN ARINZE gets IBINABO'S approval to raise fund for NGOZI NWOSU

Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) president, Fiberesima Ibinabo has given
her predecessor, Segun Arinze the approval to seek means, along with
others in Nollywood, to raise fund for the medical treatment of one of
them, Ngozi Nwosu, who is suffering from kidney related diseases and
heart problem.


The former AGN president has already sent out an appeal message to his
colleagues in the movie industry and the music industry as well to
help save the veteran screen icon who is in need of six million naira
(N6m) to get medical attention abroad in order to survive.

ANGELINA JOLIE to direct biopic about world war II P.O.W. LOUIE ZAMPERINI

Angelina Jolie is set to direct Unbroken, a film chronicling the life
of Olympic runner and World War II prisoner of war Louis Zamperini,
according to Deadline. "I read Laura Hillenbrand's brilliant book, and
I was so moved by Louie Zamperini's heroic story, I immediately began
to fight for the opportunity to make this film," the Oscar winner said
in a statement. "Louie is a true hero and a man of immense humanity,
faith and courage. I am deeply honored to have the chance to tell his
inspiring story.


" Universal Pictures added, "In her life and in her work, Angelina has
embraced stories and causes involving great struggle and triumph over
tremendous odds and the basic human condition. She has a real ability
to illustrate he strength in human spirit which will be essential in
telling Lou's story of survival and great heroism." Angelina made her
