fat. By consuming fewer carbohydrates in your diet you can turn your
body into a fat burning furnace. This is due to the fact the body will
have to use the carbs stored within once they are depleted the body
turns to fat for energy. Simply by cutting out one large carbohydrate
meal one can begin to see weight loss.
