Lindsay Lohan Wants Obama to Cut Taxes--for, um, Forbes-Listed Celebrity Millionaires

Lindsay Lohan has a lot on her mind. And, it follows, her Twitter
account--thus providing the Internet with the latest edition of Ms.
Thing Goes to Washington. Or rather, tries to take it to Washington,
with varying results.

LiLo took to Twitter following President Barack Obama's rousing
nomination-accepting speech at the Democratic National Convention last
night, and seemed to make a plea for what might be the most specific
tax cut ever requested. Ready for this? Calling all one-percenters...

Lindsay stated her case in a response to a tweet sent out by Obama.
"I've cut taxes for those who need it: middle-class, families, small
businesses," he wrote. "@BarackObama we also need to cut them for
those listed on Forbes as "millionaires" if they are not, you must
consider that as well." Right. Clear enough for you?

Unfortunately, Lindsay didn't elaborate on her platform, but such are
the limitations of proffering governmental budget cuts in 140
characters or less. Still, it seems unclear what, exactly, she's
after, though it seems like she's making a plea for those erroneously
labeled millionaires (um, on a very specific list of famous people put
out by a certain magazine), though as we're pretty sure the IRS
doesn't consider the Forbes listmakers the final arbiters of who pays
what, we can't be sure. Still, Lindsay at least seemed to enjoy the
rest of Obama's speech, calling it "short and to the point," before
directing her Twitter attentions elsewhere.

She quickly veered off the topic of politics and onto the VMAs,
posting a photo of herself watching the show and declaring that she
was "so glad" Chris Brown took home a moonman. Later still, she took
to propositioning some of the night's big winners online.
"@onedirection when are you in NYC next or LA?! Want to do a track
@NICKIMINAJ wanna join? @ladygaga you too?" Sadly, there seemed to be
no response. But little matter, as Lindsay was back online this
morning, spreading her good cheer. "just sending love, prayers and
strength to #PrinceHarry," she wrote. We're sure he appreciates it.
