news – not the breaking up aspect.
First of, Bieber is arguably the most popular and richest teen singer
in the world while Gomez is an accomplished teen singer/actress who
featured on Barney and Friends for two years and even more famous for
her portrayal of Alex Russo, the protagonist in the Emmy Award-winning
television series, 'Wizards of Waverly Place.'
So single ladies, get your swags on because teenage sensation Bieber,
is a single man again and that won't be for long. If you listen
closely you'll hear the sound of tween and teenage girls around the
world shrieking with joy by this news.
According to E! News reports, the 18-year-old pop star split from
girlfriend of nearly two years, Selena Gomez, 20, after they first
went public with their romance in February 2011 when they attended the
Vanity Fair Oscar party together.
Sources said the couple broke up about a week ago, claiming that
"because of their crazy schedules, it was getting harder and harder to
maintain a relationship."
It sounds like Gomez might have been the one to pull the plug on the
relationship, but young love is a fickle thing and Bieber may have
already moved on as the teen singer has now been linked to Victoria's
Secret model Barbara Palvin, 19, after she tweeted a photo of the two
of them going to see "The Lion King" on Broadway.
