“We must all depreciate this razzmatazz and Nestorian braggadocio” – Obahiagbon slams pastors with private jets

Former lawmaker and Chief of Staff to Governor Adams Oshiomhole of Edo
State, Patrick Obahiagbon has joined the long list of other Nigerians
currently condemning Men of
God for owning private jets. The famous grammarian voiced his position
on the popular social network site (facebook) on Sunday morning.

The Edo-born politician asserted that it was morally wrong for pastors
to acquire private jets in a country where millions of faithfuls sleep
hungry without roofs on their heads.
He said, "I cast my vote for Bishop Matthew Hassan Kukah and Pastor
Tunde Bakare in their demosthenic vitriol against spiritual
megalomaniacs whose modus vivendi has become increasingly byzanthine
and repulsively narcissistic.

We must all begin to deprecate this razzmatazz and Nestorian
braggadocio in the "HOUSE OF GOD", because when there is no difference
between the values of a Pastor and a typical Nigerian Politician, then
it's truly a bolekaja ambience," he said. His statement came following
the acquisition of private jet by President of the Christian
Association of Nigeria, Ayo Oritsejafor.

Apart from Oritsejafor who is the President of Christian Association
of Nigeria, other church leaders who own private jet(s) include:
Founder of Living Faith Ministries, Bishop David Oyedepo; General
Overseer of Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch
Adeboye; Founder of The Redeemed Evangelical Mission (TREM), Bishop
Mike Okonkwo.

Sources say also in the league, is Pastor Chris Oyakhilome of Christ
Embassy Church. General Overseer of the Word of Life Bible Church,
Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor, had a fortnight
ago said the jet-gift was presented to him by members of his church
during the celebration of his 40th anniversary in the ministry.
