‘KWAM 1 is not dating my daughter ‘ – Pasuma dispels rumours

Fuji star Wasiu Alabi popularly Pasuma has denied the reports that he
and Fuji legend Wasiu Ayinde Marshall KWAM 1 have fallen apart and are
no longer in talking terms.

According to a statement released by his management, it has been
alleged that the rift might have been fuelled when Pasuma dropped the
'Arabambi' title from his name. Pasuma recently publicly announced he
would be dropping the Arabambi moniker, adopting a new name 'Oganla'.

'I have my reasons for leaving Arabambi to create my own identity. let
me start by explaining the word Oganla to you. We have all been
created by God and have our purpose on earth. At every point in our
lives we are expected to achieve certain things and no matter how
reluctant you are you will surely do according to God's will.

Oganla mean boss of all bosses', Pasuma said.'I remain loyal to K1 and
the rumour is to create a misunderstanding between us but that will
not happen because we are matured enough to handle it', he added There
have also been rumours that KWAM 1 is having an affair with Pasuma's
daughter Wasilat.

Pasuma's manager has however also denied the news.

'This is the funniest thing I have ever heard in my life. Yeah, he has
moved on to create his own identity but can't believe people can be so
shallow minded to insinuate issues like this. It's an insult to K1 and
Pasuma. Why on earth would anyone even bring his daughter into this
issue?', Afolabi Oyekoya, Pasuma's manager asks rhetorically.

Meanwhile, sources say K1 is beyond upset at reports alleging he's in
a relationship with Pasuma's daughter, and may be considering pressing
charges against some newspapers and magazines which published the
unconfirmed reports.

Man Kill Himself Because Obama Won A Second Term

A former tanning salon owner was found dead two days after the
election after telling his partner that he was 'not going to be
around' if President Obama won a second term.

Henry Hamilton was discovered next tow two empty prescription pill
bottles with the message 'F*** Obama!' written over his will.

His partner said that the 64-year-old man was 'very upset about the
election results.' Police are not searching for any suspects in the
case, as police spokeswoman Alyson Crean
said 'there's absolutely no evidence of foul play'.

The Miami Herald reports that Hamilton's friend had been so worried
about his well-being that the unidentified friend requested that the
police check on Hamilton at the condo that he shared with partner
Michael Cossey. The last time Mr Cossey saw Hamilton was on the night
of the election when they were watching the returns.

Adding to his list of concerns, along with his sense of impending doom
that allegedly came with the re-election of President Obama, was that
the Tropical Tan salon that he co-owned with Mr Cossey recently
closed. Mr Cossey later told police that Hamilton 'has been very
stressed about his business'.

On the day following the election, Mr Cossey and Hamilton didn't
interact at all and Mr Cossey went out with friends that ended with a
late card game. He returned to the apartment that the couple shared on
South Roosevelt Boulevard and fell asleep on the couch rather than the
bed at around 6am.

Mr Cossey only realized the Hamilton was dead when a police officer
arrived on Wednesday morning as part of the welfare check arranged by
Hamilton's friend. The Miami Herald reports that officer Anna Dykes
said that an empty bottle of anxiety medication Xanax and
schizophrenia treatment Seroquel were found on the scene.

Thank God he was wise enough to kill himself instead of going on
rampage and be killing innocent people.

EXPOSED: OMO BANKE, K1 SLEPT With PASUMA'S Daughter, Wasilat

The main reason for the title-drop of Arabambi 2 to Oganla of Fuji
title by Pasuma may be getting clearer if what both what Newscarte is
reporting and further information reaching Nigeriafilms.com are
anything to go by. Few weeks ago, there have been conflicting reports
on why Pasuma dropped the title.

While some reported that Pasuma dropped the name due to the treatment
K1 gave Pasuma in the build up to Iya Rainbow's 70th birthday, others
reported that there was no bad blood between the two Fuji music icons
in the title-drop.

Pasuma had claimed in a report that ""I am old enough to decide on my
own; I have served K1 and I have to move on with my career. After all,
K1 used to be called Wasiu Ayinde Barrister and when he changed the
name, almost everybody hailed him over his decision," while K1 was
reportedly quoted to have said "Do we have to deny anybody the right
to change of name? He has been a wonderful and loyal person to me, so
I have no hard feelings over the change in title. At least, it will go
down in history that he was once Arabambi 2."

But a recent report by Newscarte revealed that Pasuma dropped the
Arabambi 2 title after he discovered that K1 was allegedly having a
secret romantic affair with his first daughter, Wasilat. This, may
have necessitated his decision to drop the title because of the hurt
of realising that his godfather is allegedly sleeping with his
daughter secretly.

It was further reported that a source disclosed that Pasuma has been
told about the alleged illicit affair between Wasilat and K1, but
chose to confirm the development before taking any action until he
finally confirmed it himself.

"Pasuma is angry because he never expected such thing from a man he
regarded as one of his godfathers. Actor Ose Omo Banke (Soji Taiwo) is
also having an affair with Wasilat, but that of K1 is more painful to
him. He (Pasuma) decided to keep it a secret in the interest of his
daughter," the source was quoted to have told Newscarte.

Efforts made by Nigeriafilms.com to contact the trio of Pasuma, K1 and
Soji Taiwo to get them speak on this revelation proved abortive as
their phone numbers were switched of as at press time.
A source disclosed that K1 is presently in America.

The state-owned  radio station, Radio Kwara, suspended all regular
programmes in honour of the late Waziri of Ilorin.

In its place, the station was playing different sound tracks

FASHOLA: Beware ; MY WIFE Does Not have any FACEBOOK Account!

Gov. Babatunde Fashola of Lagos State, yesterday denied the
involvement or existence of any Facebook account for his wife,
Abimbola, the First Lady of the state.

According to a statement by the Special Adviser to the Governor on
Media,, Mr. Hakeem Bello, the First Lady of the state does not operate
a Facebook, Twitter or indeed any social media account.

"Perpetrators of the criminal act should desist henceforth or should
be ready to face the music when the long arm of the law catches up
with them.,"the Special Adviser warned.

Describing impersonation as a criminal offence punishable by law,
Hakeem warned unsuspecting members of the public should avoid falling
victims of fraudsters impersonating the First Lady on the facebook or
any social media outlet.

"For the avoidance of doubt, the First Lady of Lagos State, Dame
Emmanuella Abimbola Fashola does not operate any Facebook, Twitter or
indeed any social media account," he stated.

The warning became necessary following the recent alert over the
activities of impostors posing as the wife of the Governor of Lagos
State.

“Omnishambles” has been named word of the year by the Oxford English Dictionary.

"Omnishambles" has been named word of the year by the Oxford English Dictionary.

The word – meaning a situation which is shambolic from every possible
angle – was coined in 2009 by the writers of BBC political satire The
Thick of It. But it has crossed over into real life this year, said
the judges.

Eurogeddon Mummy porn Games maker Mobot Second screening Pleb "Pleb" –
an old word given new life by claims Conservative Chief Whip Andrew
Mitchell used it to describe police officers in Downing Street – was
also shortlisted.

He denied using the word, a derogatory term for the lower classes, but
was forced to resign as a minister. But it was omnishambles that most
impressed the judges. Fiona McPherson, one of the lexicographers on
the judging panel, said: "It was a word everyone liked, which seemed
to sum up so many of the events over the last 366 days in a beautiful
way.

"It's funny, it's quirky, and it has broken free of its fictional
political beginnings, firstly by spilling over into real politics, and
then into other contexts.

"If influence is any indication of staying power, it has already
staked its claim by being linguistically productive in its own right,
producing a number of related coinages.

"While many of them are probably humorous one-offs, their very
existence shows that the omnishambles itself has entered at least the
familiar parlance, if not quite the common parlance."

'Romneyshambles' Labour leader Ed Miliband, whose phrase "squeezed
middle" – referring to those hit hardest by falling living standards –
was word of the year in 2011, made the first recorded use of
omnishambles in the House of Commons in April.

"Over the last month we have seen the charity tax shambles, the
churches tax shambles, the caravan tax shambles and the pasty tax
shambles," said the Labour leader at Prime Minister's Questions.

"We are all keen to hear the prime minister's view as to why, four
weeks on from the Budget, even people within Downing Street are
calling it an omnishambles Budget."

The word swiftly took off as a favourite term of abuse for opposition
politicians attacking the government.

But it also mutated on social media into humorous new variants such as
"Romneyshambles" – used to describe gaffes by US presidential
candidate Mitt Romney during his visit to the UK – and
omnivoreshambles, referring to the row about a planned badger cull in
England and Wales.

Omnishambles was first heard at the end of an episode in the third
series of The Thick of It, during a characteristically foul-mouthed
rant by spin doctor Malcolm Tucker, played by Peter Capaldi.

There is no guarantee omnishambles, or any of the other shortlisted
words, will make it on to the pages of the Oxford English Dictionary.

CBN Orders BANKS to Stop CHARGING N100 for INTER-BANK ATM withdrawals

The Bankers' Committee of the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, on Tuesday
13th November 2012, approved the immediate removal of the N100 charge
on customers who use the Automated Teller Machines of banks other than
theirs.

This is coming after lots of complains over the N100 charge especially
since the introduction of the CBN's cashless policy.

The Managing Director of First Bank, Bisi Onasanya told Channels TV at
the end of the Bankers' Committee meeting in Abuja that the decision
was in line with "popular trends" in other parts of the world.

"Presently when you use the ATM of a bank other than your bank, there
is a charge of N100 which is borne by the account holder. We have
decided that we will work out the modality and ensure that with
immediate effect we would pass on this cost to the respective banks
which bear the cost of providing services. No matter where you are
withdrawing your money from, you will not be subjected to any charge
for using the ATM."

According to him, the new policy does not cover withdrawals inside the
banking hall when the ATMs are off.

"But for transaction on what we call "not on us", when you are an FBN
customer and you use the ATM of a GTB bank, it is free and it will no
longer bear any cost.''

Mr. Onasanya said the free inter-bank ATM regime would become
effective immediately, pointing out, however, that the banks would
have to agree on the modalities for the implementation of the new
decision.

This sounds like good news and would go a long way in reducing long
queues at ATMs of banks who tend to have lots of customers.
