Naeto C Frauds Promoter

The drama between Storm Records and FBS Entertainment continues. Just
hours ago, the label issued a statement explaining why Naeto C is not
culpable, and threatening to take legal actions against the promoters.
But a rep for FBS, Muhammad Nura Abdullahi has replied the label,
saying 'We want to clearly state that Naeto C categorically agreed to
the advance payment and the agreement did not state that default to
pay the full contract sum (which was never demanded for) repudiates
the contract.

In fact, the standard of all contract agreement dictates that parties
are bound by the agreement and none of the parties can unilaterally
use any standard to interpret the contents of a signed agreement. We
would like to state that no custom should be used to defraud people on
any grounds.

Storms Records is however claiming Naeto C did NOT sign any contract
with FBS Entertainment. Abdullahi also alleges that Storm Records has
been aware of the on-going drama but refused to respond all along. 'We
(our legal team) wrote to Naeto C via Storm Records and Storms Records
is in the know and neglected to respond for long, attached is the
screen shot of that demand letter sent to them.

In view of this, Storm Records says they will "explore all options
made available within legal bounds of the constitution of Nigeria,
including suing for fraudulent practices (forgery of signature) and
defamation of character", if the accusations are not retracted and
apology issued to that effect.

Obasanjo: The hero

If time will tell anything of Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, that time will
always be positive. Obasanjo is not just a coincidence in Nigeria
history; he is God's anointed for the country. No Nigerian alive has
remained so relevant at all important moments. From 1970 to date
(42years), everything is pointing to him as not only the father of
modern Nigeria, but the first one to run to for advice.

According to punchng.com , He has been in the scene for too long to
just give it to luck, you can't be lucky all the time. Obasanjo is the
man all Nigerians may hate to love and can't do anything about it, but
obey. His a man of all seasons.

Certainly OBJ is a hero to punch. Do u know how many papers they've
used his name to sell?
Well , it is left for you to decide !!!

Chris Brown Pulls Out Of Huge Concert After Women's Groups Protest

Four years Ago after his infamous beating of then-girlfriend Rihanna,
Chris Brown is still paying the price.

The hip hop star has canceled a huge stadium show in Guyana following
protests from numerous women's rights organization, AP is reporting.

The concert's promoter, Hits and Jams Entertainment, issued a
statement Thursday saying Brown had pulled out of the date because he
was "uncomfortable" with the protests.

Brown was scheduled to headline a show December 26 in the South American nation.

And although Rihanna was forgiven Brown for hitting and choking her
the night before the Grammy Awards in February, 2009, -- he attended
her Halloween party and has a duet on her new album -- the women of
Guyana obviously have not.

Rihanna understands the "world hasn't let go" of what Brown did to
her, but she has. Brown received five years of probation, community
labor and one year of domestic-violence counseling in connection with
his beating of the singer.

Rafa Benitez - "I can guarantee that a lot of Liverpool fans will wish me Well ''

"I am here because I want to be here, at a massive club that allows me
to fight for trophies," he said speaking at his first Chelsea press
conference.

"I don't care about short term. At this moment I am here - I got the
job. I have more desire and hunger to win trophies than before." The
coach denies disrespecting the Stamford
Bridge club while in charge of Liverpool, suggesting any fan would
want to see their manager defending the club: "We were playing against
Chelsea in the semifinals of the
Champions League. If I was a fan I'd like to see my manager fighting to win.

"I don't see this as a lack of respect, I think it's defending my club
[at the time]. Everyone has to do what they have to do." Benitez said
former boss Di Matteo did a "great job" after winning the Champions
League and FA Cup after taking over from Andre Villas-Boas last
season, but suggested winning is the only guarantee in football.

He continued: "Di Matteo was doing a great job, but you can win your
game and still be out. "It's very simple. Winning games is a guarantee
for everything. Winning games in a row means winning trophies. We have
five competitions, five opportunities to do well."

"I can guarantee that a lot of Liverpool fans will wish me all the
best - not against Liverpool - but they will wish me all the best," he
added.

OPRAH WINFREY cooks her own Thanksgiving FEAST

Oprah Winfrey may be worth billions, but the media mogul still prefers
to make her own Thanksgiving meal. Lady O, 58, posted the above photos
and the following: "Caramelized onions [are] so pretty they make me
sing. [My] kitchen smells like home." She then wrote that she had
prepared "sweet potatoes with freshly pickled rosemary.

" Yum! The founder of O.W.N. was also happy to dish out the following
cooking advice. "Boil the berries in orange juice. Add cinnamon,
cloves, allspice and chill. Happy Thanksgiving!" You get a berry, you
get a berry, you get a berry! That infamous "you get a car" episode
never gets old.

NEW RESEARCH: 4D SCAN shows FOETUSES YAWN in the WOMB; VIEW SCAN

Growing into a fully formed human being is a long process, and
scientists have found that unborn babies not only hiccup, swallow and
stretch in the womb, they yawn too.

Researchers who studied 4D scans of 15 healthy foetuses also said they
think yawning is a developmental process which could potentially give
doctors a new way to check on a baby's health.

While some scientists have previously suggested that foetuses yawn,
others disagree and say it is nothing more than a developing baby
opening and stretching its mouth.

But writing in the journal PLOS ONE on Wednesday, British researchers
said their study was able to clearly distinguish yawning from
"non-yawn mouth opening" based on how long the mouth was open.

The researchers did this by using 4D video footage to examine all the
times when fetuses opened their mouths.

Nadja Reissland of Durham University's department of Psychology, who
led the study, said the function and importance of yawning in foetuses
is still unknown, but the findings suggest it may be linked to foetal
development and could provide a further indication of the health of
the unborn baby.

"Unlike us, foetuses do not yawn contagiously, nor do they yawn
because they are sleepy," she said. "Instead, the frequency of yawning
in the womb may be linked to the maturing of the brain early in
gestation."

The study was carried out on eight female and seven male foetuses from
24 to 36 weeks gestation. The researchers found that yawning declined
from 28 weeks and that there was no significant difference in how
often boys and girls yawned. [Reuters]
