NYC BAR FIGHT: Chris Brown, Drake will not be Charged

In the case of Drake vs. Chris Brown in the bottle-flinging bar fight
over Rihanna's supposed love and affection this past June; neither
entertainer will face charges in the scuffle.


Drake and Chris Brown made headlines this summer after the two clashed
at the NYC nightclub W.i.P. Drake reportedly sent back a bottle of
Cristal that Brown bought for the Young Money rapper's table. Next
thing you know, it's raining glass bottles at the club.


TMZ reports that the investigation has been closed and authorities
will not be pressing charges against Drake, Brown or any members of
their entourages, because of the lack of evidence. The club's
surveillance video proved to be a dead end, too dark and grainy to
produce any relevant footage.


Follow-up interviews that the NYPD conducted with witnesses and
suspects were also inconclusive. While the rapper and R&B crooner
avoid adding any charges to their rap sheet, several lawsuits remain
open. Among the famous guests at the club that evening was NBA
dribbler Tony Parker, who claims his eye was injured in the brawl and
is asking for $20 million in damages from W.i.P. In return, W.i.P. has
filed a $16 million lawsuit against both Chris Brown and Drake.


As there was no evidence to hold the two, authorities say they won't
be facing charges. Everyone is regarded innocent until proven guilty.

Comedian AY Apologized to TONTO DIKE over PARODY VIDEO

Ayo Makun has tendered an apology to Tonto Dike after the actress
publicly told him she was 'F***ing upset' with his parody video of her
'Get hi' song.


The comedian had posted on video sharing site YouTube a one-minute
plus clip of his daughter Michelle singing to the actress'
controversial song (and did it pretty well too). The video as at the
time of this report has over 40,000 views with 54 likes and seven
dislikes.


Apparently, Tonto became upset with AY because he named the video
'TONTO DIKEH RELEASES HER VIDEO – (GET HIGH)' leading people to
believe it was an official video from the actress.


'@AYCOMEDIAN No dizrespect BIGBRO BUT I'm FUCKIN UPSET WIT U**', she tweeted.


AY who is currently in the UK for his AY Live show offered an apology
on Twitter 'Tonto is not Upset cos my little girl did her song. I did
wrong by using her name to promote it. No disrespect I am sorry. Pls
forgive me'.

Halle Berry's Fiancé Olivier Martinez's Restaurant Under Attack By State Regulators

Olivier Martinez has more to worry about than the swollen hand he got
in his fight with Halle Berry's ex-boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry.


The French actor is part owner of the Miami restaurant, Villa Azur,
that opened last spring with great fanfare.


But a routine state inspection on November 16 recorded so many
violations, the very idea of eating there might make you sick.


Inspectors found 13 violations marked critical or likely to directly
contribute to food contamination and illness, according to the website
of the states Department of Business and Professional Regulations,
reports The Miami Herald.

Another seven violations were deemed noncritical.


Among the critical violations, says The Herald's Gossip Extra: fish
served raw without having undergone parasite destruction; food thawing
in standing water; cutting boards on the floor; food stored on the
floor; and staff handling ready-to-eat food without gloves.


As Y!Online.com reported, Olivier and Aubry got into a brutal brawl at
Halle's home on Thanksgiving.

Ini Edo speaks on divorce, N600m largesse

Nigerian Top Actress, Ini Edo-Ehiagwina, is currently enmeshed in
controversies about her marriage and an alleged largesse from the Akwa
Ibom State governor Godswill Akpabio.


Not mincing words and obviously angry, the actress spat fire at those
paddling untrue stories about her.


She said, "As a rule, I don't reply every talk or report about me, but
these recent ones are crazy and baseless. I don't know where they got
their information that my state governor offered me N600m to build an
art or film academy in Uyo.

separation ever happened. We are still together, doing great things as

Chocolate City signed Kenyan-American singer Victoria Kimani

Nigerian Hit record company Chocolate City has added another artiste
to the number of talented acts already signed to the label. Moving out
of the country, the Audu Maikori-led label has scooped up US born
Kenyan artiste Victoria Kimani. Kimani is said to have caught the
label's attention after she uploaded her cover version of Ice Prince
'Oleku' online in August 2011.


Victoria Kimani who says she's worked with a handful of popular US
artistes is currently working on her debut album. She will join
upcoming rapper Pryse as the second female act signed under the label.


The signing quenches the rumours that singer Waje is joining the
label. CC's artiste roaster has now increased to eight : M.I, Jesse
Jagz, Ice Prince, BrymO, DJ Caise, Pryse, Nosa and Victoria Kimani.

SAD : 20 ladies SLAUGHTERED in Maiduguri for wearing MINI SKIRTS

Barely 24 hours after over ten people were slaughtered in Maiduguri,
twenty ladies who wore mini skirts and trousers were slaughtered on
Friday in their separate homes in Maiduguri Metropolis by yet to be
identified gunmen.


This ugly development is one of its kind, as many believed that most
of the daily killings in Borno are only targeted at men and security
agencies.


The slaughtering of about twenty different ladies Vanguard gathered
took place in the early hours of Friday precisely at about 1 to 2am
when most of residents were still asleep in their houses due to Curfew
imposed on the state in the past five months.

Lampard and Cole Must leave – Benitez

New interim Chelsea manager, Rafael Benitez, has confirmed that both
Frank Lampard and Ashley Cole, will leave Stamford Bridge in the
summer.


The English pair have been linked with moves away from London for
sometime. And although Benitez insisted he will only be involved in
contract negotiations, if his short-term contract is extended, he made
it clear they were close to the door.

model Gabriel Aubrey
has been arrested after a fight with Halle Berry's current boyfriend
Oliver Martinez.


The fight reportedly took place yesterday in the Oscar winning
actress's Hollywood Hills home. The 37-year-old has been booked for
investigation and may be charged for
battery and misdemeanor.


He's said to have been released on $20000 (N3.14M) and he's scheduled
to appear in court Thursday, December 13, 2012 according to reports.

Berry and Aubrey have been involved in a custody dispute involving
their 4-year-old daughter. The 46-year-old stunning actress has been
dating French actor Olivier Martinez ever since she broke up with
Aubrey.
