thrills in his/her life. There is considerably less intimacy in your
relationship.

Your sex life is practically non-existent. Your spouse has a low
self-esteem. You notice your spouse has a sense of confusion about
self. Your spouse has become lazy, especially around the house.

Your spouse is more negative. You can't get your spouse to communicate

that some folks are "needier" than others.

The key to getting emotional needs met is the ability to identify your
needs and figuring out how to get those needs met. If you are someone
who needs to feel accepted, admired, appreciated and fulfilled only
you know what you need to do in life to have those needs met.

If your marriage or relationship played a large role in meeting your
needs, it is up to you to find new ways outside your marriage /
relationship to fulfill those emotional needs.

When going through the divorce/separation process and rebuilding your
life after separation/ divorce you will find you get your emotional
needs met if you surround yourself with a good support system.

Friends and family who acknowledge and honor what you are going
through will be invaluable during this time of transition.
You have to be willing to ask for what you need also. We all want to
feel independent, as if we can navigate our own problems without
burdening others. Such a belief system can lead to isolation and
isolation DOES NOT lead to healing.

If it is nothing but a hug, give yourself permission to ask
for a hug. A friend once told me that , when His ex first left the
marriage I kept my needs close to the vest. I had two children and
thought I had to appear strong and in control.

I needed help and he took the time to show my I was worthy of helping.

You have the right to be treated fairly by your ex, to feel
valued and power comes from giving yourself permission to ask for what
you need. No one can do it all and if your needs aren't being met you
will falter at what you do attempt to do.

So, take a few minutes, make a list of those needs important to you
and make sure daily that they are being met.

TINUBU WHY DID YOU LIED ABOUT OBAMA'S INVITATION TO DNC CONVENTION ?

(THEWILL) - Leader of  the Action Congress of Nigeria, Bola Tinubu
paid $5000 to obtain a generic invitation from the Democratic Party
campaign office although he claimed to have been personally invited by
President Barack Obama as leader of Nigeria's opposition.

Obama, it has been revealed, did not personally offer the ACN leader
what he has called "a gold card invitation" to attend the party's
convention in Charlotte, North Carolina.

This development is the latest in Tinubu's line of controversial
claims, some being the controversy surrounding his academic
qualifications, his claim of being a certified public accountant, and
THE discrepancy in his age records.

According to investigations by online medium Sharpedgenews, Tinubu's
invite was a generic kind sent out to donors by the campaign
organisation.

The medium, which is attending the convention, also revealed that the
DNC denied ever inviting Tinubu on any official capacity as the
"leader of opposition" in Nigeria.

His media aide Sunday Dare had said: "Tinubu will be at the ring side
as the Democratic Party conducts activities that will culminate in the
nomination of President Barrack Obama as its candidate for the
November 2012 presidential elections in the USA.

"Tinubu received a gold card invitation, which is prime; and with
this, he will be joined by three other eminent personalities: Governor
Kayode Fayemi of Ekiti State; speaker of the Lagos State House of
Assembly, Adeyemi Ikuforiji; and a former commissioner for information
and strategy in Lagos State, Mr Dele Alake."

A DNC source, irked by the news reports, explained that the invite
that was given to Tinubu was a generic type that similarly went to
whoever donated more than $5,000 to the Obama campaign.

"The invitation card sent to Tinubu, the former senator from Nigeria,
was generic; and it generally goes from the campaign organisation and
not personally from President Obama," the highly placed source
explained while speaking anonymously.

The source said that it would be difficult for anyone to implicate
Obama in attempts to foist a preferred leadership on Nigeria or
Africa, as that would negate the philosophy of Washington's new
international engagement.

"Nigerians are capable of determining its destiny; politicians are
free to strategise but it is immoral to deceive anyone that we are who
we are not," he said. "This gentleman is not like your popular
national icon, businessman Moshood Abiola, who was well-grounded...
and at home with many people in government and private sector."

He added that Americans would not want to be dragged into the affairs
of any country through personal preferences, reiterating that Tinubu
"did what he had to do in order to gain access to the convention
ground."

USAIN BOLT NOW A MANCHESTER UNITED PLAYER

olympic champ Usain Bolt is being lined up to play for Manchester
United against Real Madrid.

The sprint king — who is a huge Red Devils fan — could appear in a
glittering friendly next season.

Bolt, 25, was guest of honour at United's first home game of the
season against Fulham, when fans cheekily urged boss Sir Alex Ferguson
to "sign him up".

Now Ferguson, 70, has hinted he could make the Jamaican's lifelong
ambition come true.

He told Inside United magazine: "Usain's a character and a big United fan.

"But it's interesting he says he'd like to play in a charity game. It
could be brilliant, and next year when we play Real Madrid's Legends
again, there could be opportunities to bring him up and see how he
